Hi! We’re Tara Capobianco, P.E., and Kristin Parsons, the founders of GLOW Environmental, LLC. Collectively working for multiple environmental consulting firms over the years has given us some perspective on what a consulting firm should be. At GLOW, we strive to efficiently serve and support client needs. We do not believe that you should pay a premium for your consultants’ expensive marketing campaigns, fancy downtown office, or shareholder stock growth; just senior-level service.
